PASTOR & FOUNDER
Pastor Jeffrey Turner, affectionately known as “Pastor Jeff,” began his spiritual journey at Cedar Grove Temple Church of God in Christ in Baywood, Louisiana where he was born and raised. As a quintessential athlete, Pastor Jeff was a stellar sportsman and Team leader. He influenced many young boys and girls during his academic years in high school. His impact continues today but is deepened by his genuine love and encouragement he so freely gives. Pastor Jeff’s love for people and a strong sense of humility surfaced at an early age. His awesome people skills lead him into the world of aviation where he served for over 30 years.
During this time, Pastor Jeff met the love of his life, Alfredia Thomas Turner. They have been married for over 28 years and through this union, they have a son named Blake. Lady Alfredia’s Godly influence captured his heart and God’s purpose for his life. Their life began to unfold when he joined her in membership at Charity Christian Center, pastored by the late Bishop Don Bradford and Pastor Linda Bradford. During Pastor Jeff’s tenure at Charity Christian Center, he served in many roles to help the church flourish. Pastor Jeff served Bishop Bradford for over a decade and eventually became the Associate Pastor for over 11 years.
As a senior in high school, Pastor Jeff’s grandmother, the late Mother Lillian Turner, prophesied that he would preach the Gospel and his spiritual influence would lead many people to Christ. A few years ago, God spoke to Pastor Jeff and told him it was time to begin The Grace House. The doors of this new ministry were opened in March 2023. Under the leadership of Pastor Jeff, he has brought families back together. His focus is to impact the youth in the community and to build strong men in leadership. His ultimate goal is to change the lives of people by letting all know that His grace is enough!

LADY FREDIA
Lady Fredia, a champion of health and wholeness, was born on May 8th in Baton Rouge, LA. Her parents, Alfred and Eloise Thomas, established an ethos for their household that included a Christian foundation and a high-quality education.
In 1997, Lady Fredia married Pastor Jeff Turner, and together, God used them both for His glory during their time at Charity Christian Center. They were ordained as Deacon and Deaconess and later as Co-Pastors. Lady Fredia attended Don Bradford Bible College where she received an Associate Degree in Divinity in Christian Education and was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel.
In January 2023, Lady Fredia supported her husband as he obeyed God’s calling upon his life to pastor. The Grace House was created, and God has transformed, elevated, and ignited their spiritual footprint in the kingdom of God. Their son Blake is a devout supporter of the Grace House Church and a graduate of Oral Roberts University.
